We want you to love your Poppy and Peonies pieces, but if they aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
